Blue Ivy, who turns two in just a few days on Jan. 7, was spotted being carried by her father and rapper Jay Z outside of a Miami hotel on Thursday. Blue was wearing a sparkly gold vest, perhaps as a festive accessory to celebrate the new year. Beyonce followed close behind her baby daughter and husband, wearing matching sparkly gold sneakers, denim short shorts, and a cropped white tee.
Beyonce Knowles, 32, and 44-year-old Jay Z looked happier than ever in the Florida sunshine. The power family are in Miami after ringing in the new year with Sean 'Diddy' Combs,' at CIROC The New Year 2014 party at his private Miami estate, following their own bash at the Versace mansion, the Daily Mail reports.
The party reportedly went on until 7am, and a source told the Daily Mail that Beyonce and Jay Z spent the entire night on the dance floor together.
And they have a lot to celebrate, with Blue Ivy's second birthday coming up following Beyonce's surprise album breaking sales records on iTunes.
Beyonce recently opened up about her self-image after giving birth to Blue in part four of Beyonce's Self-Titled documentary called Liberation. She defends her sexy music video for "Partition," and revealed a significant weight loss after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
"I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body. I was 195 pounds when I gave birth, I lost 65 pounds, I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body," Beyonce said.
"I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back. I know finding my sensuality, getting back into my body, being proud of growing up, it was important to me that I expressed that in my music because there are so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth," she added.
