At nearly 30-years-old, Korean singer and actress Solbi is proving that it is never to late to go to college.

Solbi recently sahred pictures of herself in her cap and gown in honor of her recent graduation from Yong In University in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

She was admitted to the university as a music major in 2010, eight years after finishing high school and tweeted her recent achievement to her fans.

Solbi reflected on her student life saying, "I belatedly held my test identification slip and took the national college entrance exam with young students.. I was embarrassed to eat by myself during lunch time, so I put my head down on the desk and took time off to go to the bathroom. When I came back, someone left a pumpkin taffy and a small note which I remember gave me strength."

"But it's already time to graduate," she continued. "Saying I'm proud doesn't even begin to describe how I feel~ I feel ecstatic."

She included a shot of herself adjusting her graduation gown in a mirror as well as a cute selfie in which she looks happy and accomplished.

Solbi debuted as an entertainer in 2006 with mixed pop group Typhoon under Trifecta Entertainment, but left in 2008 to focus on her solo career.

She appeared on the first season of hit reality show We Got Married, where she was paired up with Shinhwa's Andy in a fictional marriage.

We Got Married opened many doors for the entertainer, who went on to appear in several variety shows and television dramas. She also kicked off a solo music career including ten singles and a mini-album.

Hundreds of fans have extended their congratulations to Solbi on her graduation and are looking forward to seeing more great things from the talented star in the future.
