Paparazzi photos of Jon Hamm as Don Draper on "Mad Men" season 7 are buzzing on Twitter, especially Don Draper's brown suit. Does the suit give us a few spoilers, suggesting that "Mad Men" season 7 will premiere in the year 1969?

The photos of Jon Hamm as Don Draper are taken from the Los Angeles set location on Tuesday (Jan. 14), at the Algonquin Hotel, The Huffington Post reports. The photos are above.

According to GQ, Jon Hamm's brown suit is quite a change from "his otherwise subtle navys and charcoals."

Bustle.com notes that Don Draper in a brown suit "brings us closer and closer to the '70s. Even Don Draper won't be safe from polyester!"

Another spoiler that we can get from the photos are that Don is still in California - we can't wait for "Mad Men" season 7 to premiere on April 13 to figure out where the storyline will take him!

However, "Mad Men" fans are confused by the brown suit in the photos. On The Huffington Post article, comments made by fans say the brown suit and fedora don't match the late 1960s or early 1970s of American men's fashion.

Mike T. wrote: "Fedoras and Brylcream in 1969? I wanted to see Don Draper with flared pants, sideburns and the dry look."

Andrea Ralston commented: "Really... guys Don's age were NOT wearing fedoras anymore in 1969. Don would be wearing turtlenecks and short-sleeved shirts. He probably wouldn't even be wearing suits at the office anymore... they should be more with it on Mad Men! Maybe this is some kind of flashback scene."

Meanwhile, E! News asked for "Mad Men" spoilers about season 7, and the crew said bringing the characters into the '70s means: "More hippies than Don can handle."

Access Hollywood also talked about the 1970s coming up in "Mad Men" with Kevin Rahm, who plays Ted Chaough.

"Right, some free love comin'," Rahm teased.

"Mad Men" season 7 premieres on AMC on Sunday, April 13 at 10 p.m.
