Is Kim Kardashian pregnant again? The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star was recently seen going out of Beverly Hills Medical Center in California together with her fiancé Kanye West. Such spotting prompted speculations that the brunette beauty is expecting a second child.
According to several eyewitnesses, Kardashian went out of the medical center clutching her stomach. Does it mean that baby North West will soon have a sibling? As early as now, fans are already thinking whether the power couple will name their second child South.

"Kim finally feels like her life is exactly where she's always wanted it to be. She and Kanye are already talking about having another kid because they want Nori to have lots of brothers and sisters," claims one source to Hollywood Life.
Having a brood like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's family is not a problem for West and Kardashian are currently having their mansion renovated.
On the other hand, Kim Kardashian pregnant news is being contradicted by the reality television star's aspiration to get rid of her baby weight. If she is indeed pregnant, all her hard work to regain her pre-pregnancy body will be wasted.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the future Mrs. West recalled how she struggled with her pregnancy: "I had a few medical issues so it was really tough and I gained a lot of weight."
