According to TV Equals, the official synopsis for "How I Met Your Mother" season 9, episode 15 reads: "When Barney drinks too much, Ted and Robin take advantage of him and get him to reveal secrets he's been hiding for years. Meanwhile, Marshall does everything he can to avoid fighting with Lily."

According to Fashion & Style, the trailer promises we'll see "Barney like you've never seen him before."

"He can't lie," Ted tells Robin.

"So we can finally get the answers we've always been wondering about," Robin responds.

We don't hear the questions Barney gets asked, but we hear some of his bizarre answers: "In one night, four"; "In one family, three"; "Yes, but not while she was Secretary of State."

Meanwhile, last week's "HIMYM" episode was drawing a lot of attention when many viewers called the scenes racist against Asians.

In the episode, Marshall (Jason Segel) heads to China to learn special kung fu moves for his final slap for Barney (Neil Patrick Harris). Marshall's three kung fu teachers were played by Robin (Cobie Smulders), Lily (Alyson Hannigan) and Ted (Josh Radnor). The actors -- all of whom are white -- dressed in Asian-themed costumes and makeup, leading viewers to accuse them of appearing in "yellow face"; Radnor even donned a "Fu Manchu" moustache.

Co-creators Carter Bays and Craig Thomas took to Twitter to apologize for the episode: "With Monday's episode, we set out to make a silly and unabashedly immature homage to Kung Fu movies, a genre we've always loved. But along the way we offended people. We're deeply sorry," they said in part.

Will last week's episode affect "How I Met Your Mother"'s ratings tonight? We'll have to see, after "How I Met Your Mother" season 9, episode 15, "Unpause" airs tonight, on January 20, at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
