T-Ara Hyomin To Star In Japanese Film

T-Ara Hyomin worked with film director Naoto Kumazawa, who directed 'Letters from Kanai Nirai', 'Rainbow Song', and more, on this piece. The official poster was revealed recently as fans and critics continued to look forward to its domestic release.

The plot is about a Korean study abroad student named Ji-ho (Hyomin), who travels Japan to get over the pain of losing someone she loves. It portrays a comical story of how this exchange student fits in between her close friend Kaede (actress Kurumi Shimizu) and Kaede's first love Yusuke (actor Kent Yamazaki).

The official film poster has the two main characters Kurumi Shimizu and Kent Yamazaki transformed into marionettes with Hyomin watching over them and controlling the strings. Fans predict the genre will be romantic comedy.

Meanwhile, the film had received positive reviews when it was shown at the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival last October. Fans can expect to see it in theatres on February 13.
