Dean McDermott resurfaced for the first time after entering rehab to save his marriage with Tori Spelling. It could be mission accomplished for the reality star as he was snapped outside the treatment center in L.A. on Monday with his wedding band on.

While he was working on his cardio, Tori Spelling's husband was also seen carrying Kefir, which is produced from fermented milk, according to Mail Online.

Dean McDermott said that he's volunteering to enter rehab to address “some health and personal issues.”

In a statement sent to media outlets days ago, Dean McDermott said: "I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."

The news about Dean McDermott going into rehab came on the heels about the couple having a huge fight when Tori Spelling demanded to know his whereabouts at all times. The actor was also reported crashing in the house of one of his friends.

The couple has four children together, Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2 and Finn, 16 months. Tori Spelling has been putting up a brave front over the past few weeks. The former "90210" star seemed calm and collected despite the controversy when she was photographed early this month with her family; perhaps to prove that she and Dean McDermott are not headed for divorce.

Star magazine reported earlier this month that Dean McDermott is already desperate for a divorce but “Tori is holding on for the sake of her business and her public image.”

Emily Goodhand, the woman who said she had sex with Dean McDermott, claimed that Tori Spelling wouldn’t sleep with her husband. Meanwhile, Star reported that Tori Spelling has been telling her own friends Dean McDermott “is a sex maniac” who “constantly wants to have sex with her.”
