Looks like Ashton Kutcher's girlfriend Mila Kunis is working hard to look good recently as she spends serious dollars on beauty and fitness regimen, prompting rumors that the couple are preparing to marry.

According to Grazia mag, Mila Kunis allegedly spent $20,000 on her beauty treatments to remove facial puffiness prior to the Golden Globe Awards where she was asked to present an award.

The "Black Swan" actress has also been hitting the gym in Hollywood, California in the effort to keep her weight.

But both Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are mum on whether they are already engaged or if they are set to marry anytime soon.

Nonetheless, Mila Kunis has been living with Ashton Kutcher in his $10.8 million mansion in Hollywood Hills.

Mila Kunis' penchant for posh things also transcends to her wardrobe. She has previously confessed to being addicted to the "most expensive clothes" designed by twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

On Saturday last week, the inseparable couple spent another date at a nail salon in L.A. Studio City.

It's not clear whether Ashton Kutcher also got his nails done, although the two have been inseparable in various paparazzi snaps showing them just hanging out together. Oftentimes, they spend time on a public park in L.A. near their house.

On Tuesday last week, the actor and the "Forgetting Sara Marshall" star went out to dinner in Los Angeles. The coy Mila Kunis, who's been previously rumored to be pregnant with Ashton Kutcher's child, even hid her face from the snapping photographers while on the front seat of his car.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were friends when they starred on the hit TV sitcom "The 70s Show" and only started dating since two years ago. They face no more obstacles when they do plan on getting married as Ashton Kutcher's divorce with Demi Moore was already finalized in November.
