2013 and 2014 saw many of the top actresses and singers "lose availability" as they went public about their boyfriends or just got married. Lee Hyori, Baek Ji Young, Jang Yoon Jung, and Girl's Generation Sooyoung and Yoona are all now "taken". So what are they doing for the new years?

This is, of course, taking into account that Koreans celebrate the "Chinese" or "Lunar" New Year.

First off, Lee Hyori and her husband Lee Sang Soon will go to Seoul to spend the New Year with Lee Sang Soon's family. One of Hyori's managers talked about it, saying, "It's a personal matter so she won't discuss it too much, but they have confirmed that she will come to Seoul to spend it with her husband's family according to (Korean) tradition."

Lee Hyori and her husband are currently residing in Jeju Island after their honeymoon at the same island. They have set-up a recording studio there where they are working on the new OST for tvN's "I Need Romance Season 3".

Baek Ji Young and her husband Jung Suk Won are also spending their New Years with their family. Baek Ji Young's entertainment company explained, saying, "It will be virtually the same thing they do on Thanksgiving, which is spending time with other family members. They will cook and give new year's money to their kid cousins and nephews.

Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won are always discussing each other on various TV shows, which shows that their marriage is still going strong.

Jang Yoon Jung and husband Do Kyung Wan will also spend time with Do Kyung Wan's family. Jang Yoon Kyung is confirmed to be 5-months pregnant, so they will most likely be having a non-eventful New Years with no alcohol.

Jang Yoon Jung also hosted KBS's "Celebration of Trot Music" last year.

Yoona will unfortunately be unable to spend her New Years with her boyfriend Lee Seung Gi. Instead, she will spend it filming for the finale of "The Prime Minster and I". Soo Young confirmed that she will be spending it with her family and not with her boyfriend Jung Kyung Ho.
