Idol group MBLAQ's Lee Joon picked CrossFit as the best secret to his body.
SBS TV 'Strong Heart' aired on April 24 featured Lee Joon when asked about how he makes his body he answered, "Since 2012 started, I didn't lift even 1kg of weights."
He continued, "All you need is 30 minutes", suggesting CrossFit which even martial arts players enjoy. He suggested fully body workout 10 times while holding 10kg weights on both sides.
