Biggest Loser Winner Rachel Frederickson Criticized For Achieving Show’s Main Goal; Critics Say BL Shouldn’t Let Contestants Get Too Thin

In reality show Biggest Loser, the main goal is to become slimmer. If you do just that and make the biggest improvement throughout the season against other contestants, you will be pronounced as the grand champion the biggest prize. In the United States' 15th season of the said show, that is what Rachel Frederickson exactly did. From 260 lbs. at the start, she lost 155 pounds to weigh 105 lbs. at the final scale and be proclaimed as the Grand Winner.

"I just love myself and I am embracing it," Frederickson told PEOPLE on Tuesday after winning the title.

The 24-yar old woman celebrated her achievement but not some of viewers including some of her trainers. They say that Rachel was too thin for her own good.

"This made me so sad. Rachel looked beautiful at 150 pounds. I expected her to end up in the 120s. The girl who came out last night looked frail and sick, not like an athlete," commenter named Arnold said.

Trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper also flashed worried looks right after Rachel was revealed in front of them.

"Jillian Michaels will not comment on Rachel's journey as she was not her trainer. She is celebrating the at-home win of her contestant, Tumi. Any questions about any of the other contestants on the Biggest Loser should be directed to the show's producers," a rep for Michaels tells PEOPLE.

On Twitter, fans became instant health experts.
