G-Dragon has become a hot topic on the internet as reports of him being a trainee at SM Entertainment for five years have been confirmed.

The news has been revealed through cable channel Mnet ‘Wide Entertainment News’ on May 8 which discusses behind-the-scene stories of top stars.

‘Wide Entertainment News’ reported G-Dragon has been a trainee for 5 years under SM Entertainment who currently belongs to YG Entertainment.

G-Dragon has joined SM Entertainment at 8 years old and has trained hard to fulfill his dream to become a singer. However ironically he debuted with the competitor and known rival YG Entertainment.
