‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1’ Trailer To Come Out This April? Philip Seymour Hoffman Death And Atlanta Weather Cause Delays In Filming

Recent reports claim that the 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' teaser trailer will be released this coming April. Though no official movie stills have been released yet, lucky fans who are able to see parts of the filming were able to take photos of the 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' cast members.

In the said photos, Julianna Moore was seen clad in an outfit which resembled President Alma Coin's garb. "As if almost all the color has been sucked out," described Suzanne Collins in her novel.

Moore was reportedly clad in a monochromatic grey uniform and to complement her outfit, her hair and eyes were similarly grey. Apart from President Coin, Liam Hemsworth (Gale), Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss), and Sam Claflin (Finnick) were also seen in their respective outfits as new members of District 13.

The filming of 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' part 1 was slightly delayed following the death of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman last February 2. His character, Plutarch Heavensbee, is supposed to have a pivotal part in the film as a Capitol game maker who turned out to be an ally of Katniss' team.

"Words cannot convey the devastating loss we are all feeling right now. Philip was a wonderful person and an exceptional talent, and our hearts are breaking. Our deepest thoughts and condolences go out to his family," said the joint statement issued by the cast and crew members of the 'Hunger Games'.

The unstable snowy weather in Atlanta, Georgia is likewise a problem for the set.

'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' is scheduled for release on November 21, 2014 whereas Part 2 will come out on Nov. 20, 2015.
