A tango-rhythm dance song about the pains of a lost lover, "First Love" is T-ARA and Jo Youngsoo's first collaboration song since "Day By Day" a year and seven months ago. The dreamy tango and lyrical melody sung in T-ARA's sorrowful voice is expected to produce an unconventional result.

Rookie rapper EB perfected the song by featuring with a powerful and rhythmical rap.
