As "Once Upon a Time" season 3 gears up for its mid-season premiere, spoilers regarding "New York Serenade" as well as its illustrious cast have surfaced.

First, it appears the Wicked Witch played by Rebecca Mader has a name—Zelena.

Spoilers confirm that since Evil Queen Regina and Snow White's absence from the Enchanted Forest, Zelena has done some redecorating and will come into conflict with the Neverland returnees right away.

Meanwhile, Emma and Henry are stuck in New York with no memory of magic or their experiences since "Once Upon a Time" began.

"Emma has a lot to deal with," says co-creator Adam Horowitz. "Her heart is all over the place, and things will happen that force Emma to choose sides."

And along with Emma, Neal will have his own struggles in trying to get back to Emma.

“When we get back to fairytale land, Neal is determined to go find Emma, but Charming and Snow just want their daughter to be happy. So they try to say, ‘Look, this is where we live now. This is what we have and that [other realm] is where she and Henry are. We have to let them go,'" says actor Josh Dallas according to TVLine.

Plus, from the recent set photos from the "Once Upon a Time" season 3 mid-season premiere, it seems Emma has a new beau in her life, played by Christopher Gorham.

Sadly, "Once Upon a Time" season 3 will not have some your favorite recurring characters due to other commitments.

Recently, it has been confirmed that Rose McIver—who plays Tinkerbell—will appear in the sequel to "Flowers in the Attic," called "Petals in the Wind."

In addition, Jamie Dornan (the Huntsman) has been cast in "50 Shades of Grey," Megan Ory (Red Riding Hood) is now starring in "Intelligence," and Jamie Chung (Mulan) will be in "Believe." This mean their appearance on "Once Upon a Time" will be limited for the time being, especially for season 3.
