Real Housewives Of New Jersey Spoilers! [VIDEO] Andy Cohen Says Teresa Giudice Legal Troubles 'Are Very Much Part Of The Show This Season'

Real Housewives Of New Jersey Spoilers: Jersey Housewives fans were worried about not getting to see Teresa Giudice's highly anticipated fraud trial, but Housewives fans can now relax because Andy Cohen said we will see the Giudice's legal troubles unfold telling TV Giude that New Jersey native's legal battles "are very much part of the show next season." Andy Cohen's interview  assures Real Housewives of New Jersey fans that we will not miss Teresa's drama despite the fact that The Real Housewives Of New Jersey filming wraps before the actual trial in April. Cohen has guaranteed plenty more drama between the Housewives in New Jersey, which includes blowups arguments between the veteran Housewives and new women joining the show, Amber Marchesa and the New Jersey twins, Nicole and Teresa Napolitano.

The February fraud trial was pushed back to April 14th, after season 6 of New Jersey Housewives wraps so it left a damper with Housewives fans (including me). Teresa is trying to bump up the court date sooner for legal reasons, but it doesn't look like the courts are going to give in to the New Jersey Housewives star. Filming was already pushed back once in order to capture all of the legal problems but the court date was pushed a second time which left viewers and producers miserable. With Real Housewives Of Atlanta being the frob=nfrunner in Bravo's ratings, Real Housewives of New Jersey has some bug shoes to fill.  Ratings were expected to go through the roof for the New Jersey Housewives watching Teresa and Joe face their prison sentences while also adding three new cast members that aren't on Tre's side. Now The Real Housewives Of New Jersey season 6 will only include Teresa and Joe trying to 'remain positive,' which does not seem as juicy as Juicy Joe getting served 30 years behind bars!

But Andy Cohen says, "we cover it in the way that we can on Real Housewives Of New Jersey" and promised we will be seeing Teresa deal with her family and all of the emotions that go into saying good-bye to her husband and/or possibly leaving them behind. Plus the new Real New Jersey Housewives are butting into her Tre's business. Despite rumors of tension between Melissa and Dina, the two Housewives plus Teresa are really getting along forming an alliance against the new girls on Housewives because they are saying dispicable things about Teresa.  Amber is the worst of the Jersey cast members, really getting under Teresa and Melissa's skin. Amber can't stop gossiping about Teresa's legal woes this season and is really stirring the pot on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey. Yipee!

Fortunately, after years of not getting along, RHONJ stars Teresa and Melissa are finally a united front. The fighting between the sisters-in-law and the new RHONJ girls has become so intense that the new girls have threatened to leave the show! Melissa and Teresa are both scary when fighting on their own... together Tre and Melissa are lethal! The new girls are trying to hold their own but they don't stand a chance against Melissa and Mrs. Giudice. "Amber will do anything to grab attention - she has fought with every single cast member and now her husband is getting in on it. She went after Melissa [Gorga] first and now has moved onto Teresa. She knows going after the two main housewives will get her the most camera time," says the adds.

According to RadarOnline, new cast memer Amber Marchese will do anything to piss off Teresa to add to the drama and appear in more RHONJ episodes. But her plan backfired. Amber didn't realize how nasty Melissa Gorga and Teresa can be.

"Everyone was aware that viewers were getting tired of seeing the same arguments occur with Melissa and Teresa, so season 6 is a bit different now that there are new Housewiveswives," says the source. "Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are the newest Jersey Housewives, and they have been involved in a lot of the drama....twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives. The twins come into season 6 of Housewives with theirfriend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that RHONJ is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

"These new girls aren't working out," adding, "the twins are over it and ready to quit. I don't see them lasting longer than this season."

Once sworn enemies, Tre and Melissa just feel the new girls need to stay off their RHONJ turf. A source said, "Amber wants to make a splash," but Teresa and Melissa are making it very difficult for her, putting her down at every opportunity.

During a recent 'bonding' trip to Atlantic City, the fighting between Teresa and the new girls got so heated that the newbies threatened to leave the show before the season was over. Giudice and Gorga were screaming at the ladies, threatening them to shut up about their family issues and legal problems.

According to RadarOnline, "Teresa has been getting along better than ever with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga this season, so the war is three on three. Twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives."

The source continues, "the twins come into season 6 of Housewives with their friend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that Housewives is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

"These new girls aren't working out," adding, "the twins are over it and ready to quit. I don't see them lasting longer than this season."

Kathy Wakile and her sister Rosie are reportedly keeping their distance from all of the drama, which is not surprising. Kathy and Rosie are probably trying to keep the piece but will eventually choose sides as Housewives keeps filming.

Teresa and Joe Giudice were just denied separate trials after Teresa and Juicy Joe requested separate trials for the spouses to avoid testifying against each other. The courts have denied their request citing Joe and Teresa didn't give enough information to prove to the courts why severing the trials would be an appropriate interest of justice. Basically, the courts are not going to give in to Teresa and Joe just to get them off..

With the courts' denial, Teresa and Joe Giudice are in deep trouble; having separate trials was the one glimmer of hope for The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars. Now that they've been denied two different trials, the likelihood for both Teresa and Joe is extremely high. As Nancy Grace agreed, if the courts denied separate trails, then the feds are eager to put Teresa and Joe in jail to make an example of the public figures. Bankruptcy fraud along with 40 other charges is a very serious and Teresa and Joe are in a boatload of trouble.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, "Teresa and Joe Guidice appear to share the hope that each may have a better chance of acquittal in separate trials. This, however, is not sufficient basis to sever two defendants charged as participants in the same conspiracy and fraudulent scheme." Joe and Teresa were hoping that their demand would be granted in order to protect Teresa. The denied strategy could have possibly let Teresa off, letting her stay with their four young children. Joe knows he's going down for his crimes, but Teresa still had a chance if the couple can prove Teresa was completely clueless all along (shouldn't have been too hard to prove she's dumb).

Joe also asked the courts for some unusual yet wise requests (written below) that have not been answered to yet. Joe is prepared to protect Teresa and take 100% of the blame. How romantic! LOL Maybe the RHONJ husband shouldn't have dragged his partner into his life of crime in the first place. Better yet, he should not have continuously broken the law and showed it all on TV! Joe is trying to prove the following in order stop the feds from throwing Teresa in jail:

- Teresa had no knowledge of any misrepresentation on loan and mortgage applications and lines of credit.

- Teresa was not aware that various properties and businesses were acquired in her name.

- Joe signed Teresa's name on numerous occasions without her knowledge or permission.

- Joe's former business partner signed Teresa's name on docs, as did Joe's attorney, again without her knowledge or authorization.

- And other people were aware that Teresa had not signed those docs.

Joe has also requested form the courts a list of demands. It is not known yet if the feds will give in to his demands, but they probably won't. Joe wants:

- U.S. Attorney's indictment dismissed with prejudice (translation: The case would be over forever and no further action could be taken) because the defense claims there is not one single conspiracy as the prosecution alleges.

-The charges of wire and bank fraud dismissed.

- The prosecution disclose all discovery, including any evidence of other crimes Joe has allegedly committed that will be produced at trial (like reports by any witnesses, etc.)

- The prosecution to provide access to the grand jury transcript "in order to determine whether grand jury abuses led to his indictment."

- A separate hearing to review all Real Housewives of New Jersey takes and outtakes that attorneys plan on using against him to determine their "audibility and admissibility."

In case you didn't know, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are facing a multitude of very serious charges which can result in a 50 year prison sentence each.

Below is a summary of their previous charges:

1) Mail Fraud and Wire Fraud: The indictment states that between 2001-2008, using the U.S. mail, private carriers and wire communications, they defrauded 7 different banks and mortgage lenders.

2) Bank Fraud: The indictment states 5 banks were defrauded by submitting applications with false tax returns, pay stubs, and W-2s that gave false salaries and income. In total they stole $4.5 million from various banks.

3) Loan Application Fraud: For making false statements in those bank loan applications

4) Bankruptcy Fraud: Concealment, False Oaths, False Declarations. These are 22 different counts alone. In essence, they lied to the BK courts (under oath) about their finances and they knowingly filed false documents to conceal their income. That's perjury. Tre & Joe never withdrew their bankruptcy, the courts denied their petition on suspicion of fraud.

5) Failure to Make Tax Returns: These counts are all against Joe, and claim he didn't file tax returns from 2004-2008.

6) Teresa signed false loan application claiming she was a real estate broker earning $50,000 per month. Joe Giudice, whose real first name is Giuseppe, is an Italian citizen. Thus, he could face deportation if he is convicted.

Joe Giudice, 43, was released on a $500,000 bond secured by his father, Frank. Teresa Giudice, 41, was released on a $500,000 unsecured bond.

The duo also had their travel restricted to New Jersey and New York and had to surrender their passports.

The pattern of alleged fraud may have lasted a decade," U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said.

"They're serious charges," he said.

"They are alleged to have made false statements to the bankruptcy court and the banks that lent them money," Fishman told press.

In a statement, Teresa Giudice discussed the charges.

"I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," she said. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."

Do you think Real Housewives of New Jersey will have enough drama this season?
