Solbi to Interact with Teenagers in Charity Festival

Singer Solbi seeks to communicate with teens through her music.

Solbi plans to participates in the "Jumping Festival" held in Goyang by the social welfare organization Sinaewon. She will communicate hope through her songs and honest confessions.

Organizers of the "Jumping Festival" stated they had decided to invite Solbi because of her active role in suicide prevention and charity work. Solbi responded positively in hopes of sharing hope to less-privileged neighbors and teenagers through music. Solbi will be the only celebrity to attend the festival.

Solbi explained that her goal had been to share her story through performances and seminars: "I'm thrilled to take part in the "Jumping Festival". There is power in music, and I seek to empower people through my music."

The "Jumping Festival" hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency has tried over the years to improve quality of life through implementation of music in museums, hospitals, and galleries. Anyone can participate in sending a message of hope to underprivileged and abused teenagers through music.

Meanwhile, Solbi recently published her essay book, "Whatever They Say, I Will Be Me" and is currently preparing for a new album release.
