Amanda Knox Retrial Update: Rafaelle Sollecito Turns His Back On “Foxy Knoxy”? Questions Innocence Of Ex Girlfriend

An update of Amanda Knox's retrial revealed that convicted killer Rafaelle Sollecito threw "Foxy Knoxy" under the bus in his latest interview with Italian TV on Monday, February 24, weeks after they were found guilty in the retrial following the murder of a British student in 2007.

Rafaelle Sollecito narrated how he found Amanda Knox-dubbed "Foxy Knoxy" because of her pretty face-feeling "very agitated" on the day Meredith Kercher's body was found, UK's Mirror reported.

The Italian then recalled Amanda Knox telling him that the apartment she shared with Meredith Kercher was broken into and there was blood everywhere. However, instead of contacting the authorities, Rafaelle Sollecito said that ex girlfriend Amanda Knox took a shower.

 "Certainly I asked her questions," Rafaelle Sollecito said. "Why did you take a shower? Why did she spend so much time there?"

But he quickly added during the interview that seven years after the murder, "I don't have answers."

In an earlier interview, Rafaelle Sollecito, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison, claimed that his relationship with Amanda Knox is what implicated him to the case.

"You all know that the focus was only through Amanda to her behaviour, to her peculiar behaviour, but whatever it is, I'm not guilty for it," the Mirror reported.

"Why do they convict me? Why do put me on the corner and say that I'm guilty just because in their minds I have to be guilty because I was her boyfriend. It doesn't make any sense to me," the report added.

But Rafaelle Sollecito is reported pissed off with Amanda Knox finding another boyfriend in James Terrano, which could be the motivation for the Italian turning his back on Foxy Knoxy, RadarOnline reported
