U-Know Yunho Appointed as Ambassador for Hungry Children
TVXQ's Yunho was appointed as the ambassador for Food for the Hungry International.
The Korea Food for the Hungry International appointed actor and singer Yunho as their representative on the 3rd.
Yunho received his commission plaque, stating: "I visited Africa last year with the organization. I went to comfort the hungry and sick but found happiness there. It's important to have things to eat and wear but the most crucial necessity is hope. I want to share love to these children so that they may find hope".
Yunho plans to recruit aid by publicizing the Child Development Program and meeting children affected by poverty and disease.
Through KBS "Road for Hope", Yunho participated in planting a school in the village of Bolgatanga, Ghana.
His fan clubs also supported him in his mission. After his visit to Ghana, Yunho's various DC Inside galleries collaborated to participate in building schools in Ghana in celebration of his debut date, December 26th, and birthday, February 6th.
Meanwhile, actors Lim Dong Jin, Jo Min Ki, Jung Tae Woo, Kim Jung Hwa, Kwon Oh Joong, Park Shin Hye, Kim Min Jung, Honey Lee, Jang Nara, Kim Hye Eun, and band CNBLUE serve as ambassadors for Food for the Hungry International.
