K-pop Invades Even Primary Schools in Singapore, Razor TV Reported

K-pop sensation worldwide has now seemed to have even invaded primary school students, according to Razor TV.

Razor TV, is the live broadcasting online television service in Singapore, reported that huge interests in K-Pop from teenagers spread to aunties and now even primary schools.

The news station reported that students at Yew Tee Primary School in Singapore from 3rd to 6th grade are allowed to take K-Pop dance as one of their curricular activities. And it seems that more than 40,000 students have expressed their interest to sign up for the class.

There are many reasons for students to join the class. Janani Elavarasan said, "It's very inspiring", while Rachel ANG said, "It helps us to gain confidence.” Some of the students joined K-pop because of their friends, and they really came to enjoy the class and K-pop.

During the class, students learn how to dance K-pop with songs such as songs such as 'Mr. Simple' by Super Junior, 'I am the Best' by 2NE1. Among the repertoire 'Roly Poly' by T-ARA was selected as most popular, 'This is War' by MBLAQ was selected as most difficult to learn by students.
