Ke$ha Leaves Rehab For Eating Disorder; Kesha Takes to Twitter to Say She Dropped the $ But Isn’t Out of the Money: 'Feeling Healthy & Working On Tons of New Music'

Ke$ha Rehab: Pop star Kesha is out of rehab for her eating disorder. KeSha took to Twitter to say she's healthy, so healthy she doesn't need that $ any more. Ke$ha is just Kesha now.

According to media reports Kesha finished her two-month stay in rehab where she was receiving treatment for an eating disorder. Kesha told her Twitter fans know she's left rehab and is "Happy to be back!"

The 27-year-old musician tweeted "Feeling healthy and working on tons of new music. I can't thank my fans enough for all the love and support you have given me. Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have you all."

Kesha entered rehab for an eating disorder in back in January. Now that she's out, Kesha changed her Twitter name from the "$" which denotes money, glamour, glitter to a regular old "s" to reflect her new point of view.

Sources say the new @KeshaRose handle shows she wants a fresh start after her 60-day rehab sting for an eating disorder. Kesha's friends say her old name reminds her of her "old self."

Ke$ha's real name is Kesha Rose Sebert. She posted a photo from her seat on an airplane to Twitter. This is KeSha's first tweet since Jan. 22, three weeks ago when she checked into a rehab center for an eating disorder.

Kesha was being treated at Timberline Knolls outside of Chicago. It's the same clinic where Demi Lovato was treated for anorexia and bulimia. Lovato detailed her recovery in her book Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year.

Ke$ha's mom, Pebe Sebert, is a Tennessee-born songwriter who frequently collaborates with her daughter. Pebe Sebert told Celebuzz that Kesha is being treated for bulimia. She says Ke$ha is not also being treated for alcoholism. Sebert said "That's a total lie. The place she's at is an eating disorder center. When [reports] say 'people close to her' I will tell you I travel with her everywhere, her little brother, her assistant, makeup artist, talk to anyone."

Ke$ha's mother is also a recovering alcohol and drug addict. Sebert says Ke$ha has been attending AA meetings with her since she was "just over a year old."

According to media reports, Ke$ha told friends that her eating disorder was caused by her music producer, Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, who had repeatedly called her a fat "f**king refrigerator."
