Mary-Kate Olsen And Olivier Sarkozy Engaged But Arguing Over Wedding Date? Couple Can’t Decide To Get Married In Paris Or New York?

Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy recently got engaged, but reports reveal that the newly-engaged couple may already be arguing over their wedding date and where to get married!

Mary-Kate Olsen, 27, stepped out in New York City with a huge engagement ring on her left hand, revealing that she's engaged to her French 44-year-old banker boyfriend (and brother of former French President Sarkozy) of two years.

And while their age difference doesn't seem to be causing any problems, it seems that their engagement might be. According to Perez Hilton, sources say Mary-Kate Olsen is ready to "marry and settle down as quickly as possible," while her boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy wants a "nice long engagement."

One source said: "All we know is that Olivier will want a nice long engagement-he's been through a marriage already and had lovely kids, so he knows what it's all about."

Olivier was previously married to Charlotte Bernard but they split in 2010.

Not only are Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy arguing about their wedding date, but they also can't decide on whether to get married in Paris of the US.

The source continued: "They haven't been in Paris for a while. It looks like the ring is an American one, which would make sense as Mary-Kate always seems a lot happier in the States."

Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy currently live together in New York.

Meanwhile, ABC News reports that Mary-Kate's twin, Ashley Olsen, is also getting serious with an older man: 47-year-old "Moneyball" director Bennett Miller.
