Will The Music Charts See A Change? Duets Vs Girls Power

Soyou and JungGiGo, 2NE1, and Girls' Generation have been battling it out on music charts for the month of February, and there's great interest as to whether there will be a change this week.

It's already been a month since Soyou and JungGiGo released their duet "Some". Who will be the next singer to take the baton? Will it be another duet song that goes well with the changing spring weather? Or perhaps it will be another girl group to follow the lead of Girls' Generation and 2NE1, such as Orange Caramel or 4MINUTE.

As for duet songs, Lim Kim and Dynamic Duo's Choiza worked together to create one. Just the collaboration between the two singers is a hot topic. They sang producer Philtre's new song "Last Scene". Although this producer is not yet well known, fans are eager to see what kind of synergy Lim Kim's vocals and Choiza's rap will create. The previously released teaser gave the listener a slight bit of calm emotion expressions and a heavy atmosphere.

Orange Caramel will come back on the 13th and release a disco song called "Catallena". The group is widely known for their addictive songs, and in their teaser they had transformed into sashimi pieces! This surprising and bizarre transformation is actually perfect to showcase the group's weird but cute charm. 4MINUTE, on the other hand, will be coming back on the 17th in another collaborative work with Brave Brothers with the song "What Are You Doing Today?". So far both groups have had high rankings on music charts, and it's expected that they will both have great influences on March music charts.

That being said, we can't completely dismiss the possibility of "Some" dominating March music charts as well. As of the 11th, they were still number 1 across 6 major music charts, including Mnet and MelOn. The song could get even more popular with the spring weather. After all, it's perfect for the new spring vibe, which is when the possibility of love blossoms in the air.

And let's not forget about Busker Busker's return with the "Cherry Blossom Ending". It's already number 16 on MelOn charts, and it looks like it's on its way up to the top 10. The song took the number 1 spot in the entire last week of March last year, and there's a very high possibility that the song's return will make it big.
