Celeb Jihad are renowned for posting fake shots, posting fake nude pictures of Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Hayden Panettiere, Sofia Vergara, Kaley Cuoco, Emma Watson, and Mila Kunis. Kate wasn't going to let them get away with that. Kate Upton and Sports Illustrated threatened legal action against Celeb Jihad.

In an open letter, Kate Upton's lawyer complains, "One of these photographs has even been airbrushed." According to media reports Kate got hot under the collar, if she was wearing one, after she found out that fake topless photos of her were being shopped around the Internet. The offending website was Celeb Jihad, which claims to be "The only celebrity gossip site run by Islamic extremists."

Kate Upton wanted to teach the satire website, Celeb Jihad, a lesson.

According to TMZ, the original headline read: "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014." The topless Kate Upton shots were obvious fakes, but her attorneys threatened to sue if the post wasn't taken down right away.
