Jennette McCurdy iCarly Star leaked naked selfies to boost her street cred? The longtime Nickelodeon favorite iCarly star Jennette had three sexy lingerie shots leaked online. Jennette is pointing the finger at Andre Drummond, but McCurdy is also on record as saying she's a little tired of the iCarly character.
Jennette McCurdy blamed the leak on 20-year-old Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond, but many former Nickelodeon/Disney channel childstars have done similar sexy stunts at some point after leaving the channel, sometimes while still on it. Andre Drummond says he had nothing to do with the Jennette McCurdy lingerie shots.
McCurdy recently revealed that she did not want to continue playing the role of Sam Puckett after iCarly ended. She said "I did not want to play Sam anymore--I was over it. I'm sarcastic and blunt enough in real life that I wanted to do something different."
Jennette McCurdy, star of Nickelodeon's iCarly, leaked the semi-naked selfies in the tradition of Vanessa Hudgens and Dylan Sprouse. Jennette McCurdy fans have been poking fun at the iCarly star in meme photos.
The 21-year-old Jennette McCurdy, best known for playing Sam on "iCarly" and its spinoff "Sam & Cat," does not appear nude, but iCarly star Jennette, who is best friends with singer Ariana Grande, is seen posed seductively on her bed, wearing a little bra and underwear and showing off a lot of cleavage. The jury is still out on whether the hot shots were a calculated move or an unintentional leak.
Jennette McCurdy who is currently seen in "Sam & Cat," took to Twitter to say she shared those racy lingerie selfies with just one person, her ex-boyfriend, the NBA star, Andre Drummond.
McCurdy and Drummond dated for a short time last year after meeting through social media. According to Jennette McCurdy, she dated Andre Drummond because "he seemed like a big deal." Drummond took to Twitter several times to choose McCurdy as his "Woman Wednesday Crush."
Fans of the Nick show Sam and Cat are worried that the Jennette McCurdy's sexy iCarly selfies will mean the show will get cancelled. San and Cat's Twitter account doesn't seem to show any signs of cancellation. The series still has 14 episodes left for the double length first season.
Jennette McCurdy had tough words to say about Andre Drummond. The iCarly star has accused the Piston of leaking the sexy selfies. The naked selfies appeared just after Jennette McCurdy made an appearance on comedian Pete Holmes' You Made It Weird radio broadcast.
McCurdy recently opened up about her boyfriend troubles holding in her weekly column for Seventeen, saying "I hate dating. I don't hate meeting cool people, going fun places, and getting free meals. That's all great! I just hate the process of getting all gussied up to meet someone you either don't like that much or like too much. I hate wondering what to wear, worrying about how I chew, and trying to look pretty."
McCurdy says she only dated Drummond because of the pressure from his Twitter following. She said "I just sort of went for [the first kiss], but it wasn't great," McCurdy told Holmes. "It just didn't go great. No sparks, and the mouths didn't ... the shapes weren't right."
The NBA star denies that the Jennette McCurdy naked selfies were part of a plot for revenge, saying "For all the speculations about leaking anything, I have nothing to do with it. I'm focused on basketball. Thank you."
