A lot of groups are announcing their comebacks are extracting out all their creative juices just to think of a concept that would give them an edge over others. But even with this thirst for uniqueness, a trend is sure to pile up eventually.
Here are some of the concepts we think we'll be seeing more of with upcoming K-Pop comebacks.

SEXY

Yes. Even with the Korean Communications Standards Commission running around trying to sensor sexually suggestive material out of broadcast, some groups won't be able to deny themselves the liberty of branching out and trying something new. And since K-Pop is usually known for rainbow-colored skinny jeans and aegyo, a sexy and fierce image is one to spice things up and get everyone's attention.

RETRO

It's not bad to relive the past. There were some great music and fashion options back then. "Retro" depicts a lot of things--it is creative, colorful, and at the same time it can appeal to a larger age group. Moms, dads, and their kids will be able to enjoy it. It can even be comical at best--and it can be another worldwide hit, too! (Hint: Wonder Girls)

SCARY

It's never too early to celebrate Halloween. Most of the time, concepts filled with vampires, werewolves, and the like allow room for more theatrics, and perhaps a rich storyline to beat. Other than just being a regular music video with singing and dancing, music videos with mythical creatures is fun to watch, and the stages--creatively designed and directed--are always something to look forward to. Heck, it'll even make you say, "Awooo!"

FUTURISTIC

2NE1's "Come Back Home", in the simplest sense, is out of this world. Crafting an idea as intricate as that isn't a walk in the park. Futuristic concepts may seem like they require a huge budget or an extensive plot (like BTS' "NO" for instance), but despite the difficulty level cramping an intricate sci-fi story into a three-minute video and still make sense, it's surely a treat to watch and definitely one for the books.
