Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks is leaving her husband, Apollo Nida, after two rears of marriage. Though the Housewives couple never appeared like they were totally happy, after Phaedra watched the last episode of Atlanta Housewives Parks decided she'd had enough of her sham of a marriage.  Sources claim that Parks could not stomach watching her hubby once again flirt with her enemy, Kenya Moore.. We're surpised it took intelligent Phaedra this long to leave that creepy husband of hers! Phaedra and Apollo have not been photographed together since November and sources claim the Real Housewives of Atlanta couple are officially over, and are currently living separately. Phaedra is so angry at Nida after watching RHOA last Sunday, and there is no ways Parks can get over what she witnessed. Apollo was cozing up to Kenya Moore and clearly hadn't learned his lesson from 'textgate.' Kenya could be the reason for their split, but the serious fraud charges that Apollo is currently facing are not helping the already rocky marriage between Apollo and Phaedra.

Apollo is probably going to serve jail time for his fraud charges, leaving Phaedra and their two children behind. Apollo is being charged with fraud for allegations that he ran a shady businesses that stole unsuspecting individuals' identities to be used on various loan applications and other purposes. He is definitely not having an easy time right now, looking at years in jail for a third time and dealing with spiltting from his lawyer wife, Phaedra. Parks is one smart southern bell and if I were Apollo I'd watch out! At first it seemed like a divorce was just a rumor for The Real Housewives of Atlanta couple to promote the show, but Apollo and Phaedra are definitely headed toward splitsville.  Kenya slams Phaedra Parks husband Apollo on 'Bethenny' happily saying he is 'absolutely' going to jail. Phaedra Parks has two baby boys with Apollo so prison would be devastating for the Parks family even if Phaedra and Apollo are no longer a couple. Yet Kenya has absolutely no sympathy for Apollo or Phaedra after 'textgate' and then Phaedra calling her Kenya 'Whore Moore' in front of the Housewives cameras.

Besides filing for divorce, Phaedra and Apollo have been dealing with legal issues for a while now. Apollo and Phaedra Parks asked the courts to postpone the fraud trial until March 25th to carefully look over the charges, and their request was granted. Then they asked for a second postponement until April 25th and that was granted to Apollo as well. Phaedra can now keep her babies' father a little longer but no amount of postponements can stop her Atlanta Housewives husband from heading to jail. So far Phaedra has not been accused of any charges. Parks is a lawyer and hopefully knew better than to get involved in his fraudulent crimes! Leaving that loser is the smartest thing Phaedra has done in a long time. 

 Kenya Moore is rooting for Phaedra Parks husband to be guilty, still upset that he told Phaedra and the other Atlanta Housewives that Kenya was sending him sexual texts and saying he could easily sleep with her if he wanted. The Real Housewives franchise has had it's share of serious legal problems. The Real Housewives of New Jersey has Teresa and Joe Giudice accused of 41 a whopping counts of fraud and each is expected to serve their own jail time. Atlanta Housewives now has Phaedra and Apollo. What is with these Housewives stars? Are they trying to financially keep up with each other?

Don't reality stars realize everything they do will be put under a microscope? If you're going to break the law, don't do it on television for the world to see, right! Apollo could be looking at 20 years in jail will these serious charges upon him. He wants to work out a plea deal, but Apollo may not get as lucky as Teresa and Joe Giudice this time around. Certainly being on a hit show like The Real Housewives of Atlanta gave him the platform to make money in legal ways! What about Apollo and Phaedra doing thier workout video?! Was that not lucrative enough for Nida? Bethenny Frankel also asked Kenya if the cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta has yet to approached Phaedra Parks or Apollo on the situation. Kenya smugly answered, "I've never seen him outside of Housewives tapings but we talk about it amongst the cast obviously. I don't have anything to say to him after the lies he's told on me. I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him." As the most outspoken Housewives star in Atlanta who recently said Nene Leakes is 'on something,' this isn't the first time Kenya has voiced her negative opinions about Phaedra Parks, Apollo and the other Housewives on the show. Kenya recently tweeted:

Losers never win. I have always seen through ppl and I was the first to tell you last season about these ppl and who they really are. I said it all on @ArsenioHall. #youcantbethatdumb #inonit #angelastanton #neverlieonmeagain #evil #fake #whoscrazynow." Kenya also has plenty to say about Phaedra Parks who recently had a baby with Apollo. Moore may dislike Phaedra and Apollo but she should be more worried about their children. But that is asking way to much of Kenya Moore who is self absorbed and heartless.

But Kenya feels Phaedra deserves what she got served continuing:

"She[Phaedra] used a national platform 2 spread disgusting lies about me. She knew what she was doing and last season 2," Kenya stated. "Thank god ppl see the truth of who all these people are and their transparent reasons of defense #nobodybelievesu #urnotastardealwithit."

This is not Apollo's first brush with the law. He serves two periods in jail!

Apollo Nida was convicted for racketeering and began serving his sentence July 28, 2004. He served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled in May, 2009.

He also served close to 5 months from December 29, 1998 to May 14, 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods!

Kenya Moore also had plenty to say about Nene Leakes and the fight that broke out on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.

"Well, let me say this...first of all that's not our brand and you know that. Our show is number one because of universal stories. We're watched by blacks, whites, Asians, gay, straight, people love our show because they identify with these women, their stories, and they're universal stories, period. And our show is funny," Kenya said. "We read people, we keep it moving, we're not a vicious group of people, we certainly don't demean ourselves by hitting one another and coming to blows."

"And in our defense, it was very embarrassing and I was embarrassed to be a part of that. It's not our brand and that's something that you'll probably something you'll never see from our franchise because we don't need that. We were number one before, we'll be number one after."

On Nene Leakes and her prior tweet that she was 'on something' Kenya says:

"Well let me just say, when I arrived Nene was as we say she seemed like she was on one. Her mood was very foul, she was very vicious toward me and she berated me with insults the moment she walked in the door."

"So it just seemed like it was a setup from the beginning. I had an argument the week prior with another woman that was there, it was resolved. I was over it and all of the questions NeNe was asking were inflammatory and she wouldn't let anything go...very provocative and with the mood and the tone she set. She set the stage."

I think Apollo and Phaedra are not the most wonderful people but Kenya is much worse than the two of them, always stirring up trouble. The phony Housewives star needs to learn to learn to shut her mouth. Phaedra and Apollo have children so jail time affects more then just the adults.
