IU To Dance With Rookie Idols HIGH4 For Debut Music Video 'Not Spring, Love, Or Cherry Blossoms'

Singer IU will make a delightful appearance in rookie idol group HIGH4's debut music video.

A still image from the new group's upcoming music video for "Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms" revealed on March 31, shows the four group members sitting around the popular songstress on a park bench.  Another image released on the same day depicts the five young stars mid-dance on the set for the MV.

Reports claim that in the video IU will incorporate the bench in a charming dance sequence with the rookies for the music video due out on April 8. Her role in the music video is said to align with her featured verse in the new song.

Since the announcement of their impending debut, IU has continually shown her support for HIGH4, encouraging her own fans to show their love for the new group as well by frequently promoting them on her fan cafe and offering up details about the guys' personalities.

The new group features two vocalists, Kim Sung Gu and Baek Myung Han, and two rappers, Im Young Joon and Alex.

HIGH4's first track is the work of producer Choi Kap Won, who is said to have introduced IU to her agency LOEN Entertainment several years ago, kickstarting her own career. It has been said that when Choi was put in charge of the rookies' debut, he called upon the singer for her help with the track.

Additionally, IU was heavily involved in the production of HIGH4's debut track and even wrote some of the lyrics for "Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms." Earlier this month IU revealed the lyrics for her verse in the new song online, further exciting her fans as well as those curious about the new group.

Stay tuned for more updates from the soon-to-debut new idol group and watch out for their first music video featuring IU due out April 8.
