Actor Kim Soo Ro has joined Mnet's "Dancing 9" for its second season as a master on the show.

One broadcast rep shared on April 2nd that Kim Soo Ro has been confirmed as a Blue Eye Master on "Dancing 9 Season 2," which is scheduled to air in June. He will be one team with singer Jay Park.

Preceding this decision, Kim Soo Ro revealed that he's been an avid fan of "Dancing 9" ever since the last season. He even showed special attention to season 1 contestant So Moon Jung, paying for her college tuition.

In the past Kim Soo Ro has proved his talent in coming up with new dance ideas. In the performance industry he acts as a producer, not actor, and takes charge of concert planning, which encompasses the entire stage. It's not very surprising, then, that he's been recruited as the new master for Blue Eye in the 2nd season of the show.

"Dancing 9" held a public test in Seoul on March 15th, Kwangju on the 23rd, and Busan on the 30th. They will be holding another test in Seoul on April 5th. The 2nd season will air its first broadcast on June 13th at 11PM.
