Lee Sun Hee Ends Junggigo And Soyou's 6-Week Stint Atop The Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 With 'Meet Him Among Them'

Junggigo And Sistar singer Soyou's run at breaking the record for the most consecutive weeks with a number one single on the K-Pop Hot 100 was thwarted this week, as "Meet Him Among Them" the first single off of Lee Sun Hee's new album "Serendipity," debuted at number one.

"Serendipity," released on March 25, is the legendary K-pop singer's 15th album.

Junggigo And Soyou's "Some" dropped down to number three, its lowest position in two months on the Billboard K-pop chart.

Still, their six-week streak ties singer Lee Seung Gi's record for the longest amount of time a single has remained at number one in the nearly three years the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 has existed.

Featuring Lil Boi of Geeks, "Some" is Junggigo and Soyou's contribution to the blockbuster soundtrack of the hit Seoul Broadcasting System television drama "My Love From The Star," (also translated as "You Who Came From The Stars").

The soundtrack has loomed large on the K-pop charts for the last several months.

Entering the Billboard K-pop top five for the first time this week is the debut single "That Kind Of Guy" from Bro. The song is currently at number two, after entering the chart last week at number 13.

Debuting at number four is another familiar face, Park Hyo Shin. His single "Wildflowers" is the revered singer's first release in four years.

And in a week that four of the songs in the Billboard K-pop top five are new arrivals, Lim Chang Chung debuted at number five this week with his single "Common Song."

The song is from Lim Chang Jung's 12th album "Common Song, Common Melody."
