The theme for the April 8 broadcast of KBS2's Yeo Yoo Man Man was women's diet and health. The discourse revolved around how to maintain a healthy body, control your food intake, and what you should consider eating to obtain such body. On the set was the legendary singer Okhee as well as model Lee Pa-ni.

Lee Pa-ni mentioned the struggles of sculpting her body at the start of her career, "Since my debut, my body was my biggest worry. For girls, no matter how skinny you are you will still have a belly. At one point when I was doing a photo-shoot, my stomach was protruding so much that my underwear left marks on it. Because my arms and legs are lean no Photoshop was needed. However, since my belly was in the way, it had to be fixed."

This is one of the biggest misconceptions about weight loss and dieting there is. What backs up Lee Pa-ni's theory that women cannot get rid of body fat in a certain area? What was her training regimen like? What was her food/calorie intake? How is this more of a personal failure rather than the fact that it's the way women are built?

On a positive note, trainer Kim Bo Kyoon stated, "I was responsible for Sohee's physique for a short period of time. Sohee's arms and legs are long, while her hip is beautifully positioned. It really is perfectly proportionate."

He added, "Even though Sohee did exercise daily, there are some ways in which she is genetically gifted."

Kim Bo Kyoon has trained famous names in the entertainment industry such as Hyun Bin, Park Shin Hye and Lee Hee Jae to name a few.
