Peaches Geldof Dead: Baby Boys Made Her ‘Happier Than Ever’ To Be A Mother Before ‘Unexplained Sudden Death’; Was She Suffering From Anorexia?

Peaches Geldof was found dead in her home in Wrotham, Kent, southeast of London, on Monday. The 25-year-old daughter of Irish musician and Live Aid organizer Bob Geldof and TV presenter Paula Yates was mother to two baby boys and recently spoke about how happy she was as a young mother. Some are speculating that Peaches Geldof was suffering from anorexia, after analyzing her recent Instagram photos.

A post-mortem examination will be held today, but the results of toxicology tests will not be available for several weeks.

Peaches Geldof was a mother to two baby boys aged 23 months and 11 months. She described in a column for Mother & Baby magazine published yesterday how she was "happier than ever" with her local "new-found group of mummy mates," The Times reports via TheAustralian.com.

"I've achieved a sort of perfect balance. Right now life is good. And being a mum is the best part of it," she wrote before her 25th birthday last month.

Peaches Geldof's husband, Tom Cohen, and their sons were believed to be staying with his parents in New Eltham, southeast London this week. A relative was reported to have called police with a "concern for the welfare" of Geldof. There was no immediate sign of a suicide note at the house or obvious signs of injury.

On Sunday, Geldof posted a photograph on Twitter of herself with her late mother, who died of a drug overdose in September 2000.

According to The Times, some friends had also expressed concern about Geldof's apparent weight loss, which was reportedly attributed to an underactive thyroid. She had previously described going on month-long "juicing" diets and claimed that she had lost 4.5kg in four weeks.

CNN reports that fans noticed Peaches Geldof looked particularly thin in recent Instagram photos, leading some to believe that she may have been suffering from anorexia.

"My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day," husband Tom Cohen said in a statement, CNN reports. "We shall love her forever."
