The first photo teasers featuring JYJ's Kim Jaejoong for the upcoming drama, Triangle have been released. After a two year absence from Korean drama, Jaejoong will appear opposite ZE:A's Im Siwan and Lee Bum Soo in what can best be described as a family crime drama. Triangle focuses on the tragic story of three brothers who are separated from one another during their youth.

The brothers meet in adulthood, only to find that life has led them each onto different paths. Jang Dong Soo (Lee Bum Soo) is a stalwart policeman who is driven to reunite with his brothers. Jang Dong Chul (Kim Jaejoong) has immersed himself into a life of crime, utilizing violence to succeed. Jang Dong Jun (Im Siwan) is the obligatory cold tycoon, whose focal point in life is the acquisition of money.

Family dramas have continued to follow a formulaic trend of children who are separated only to be reunited in the future, when they each have chosen to pursue completely different paths. While the focus of Triangle remains on the relationship dynamics between the three brothers, the initial plot line sounds similar to Golden Rainbow. However, clever casting will make this one of the most anticipated dramas for May. Triangle is scheduled to air on MBC beginning May 5 in the time slot currently occupied by the powerhouse historic drama Empress Ki.
