K-Pop Surpasses The Hallyu And Becomes A Culture Enjoyed All Over The World

K-Pop and the hallyu has surpassed Korea and has become popular all around the world.

Many K-Pop idol groups that release albums and hold showcases also have these events streamed live in many different countries.

K-Pop has become a culture that people from all over the world can enjoy. Korean idol groups and songs are fun and light and can be listened to by almost anyone.

Many foreign broadcasts have created their own 'K-Pop corners' in which they teach Korean and promote K-Pop idol groups.

Many idol groups also have foreign members as well and have contributed to the global popularity of K-Pop.

New rookie group, JJCC, which was created by Jackie Chan, has a mix of members from different parts of the world.

Other groups similar to this include f(x), miss A, EXO, TASTY and more.

Also, with larger idol groups, they also perform as unit groups, one in Korea and one in another country. A good example of this would be Super Junior and EXO. These two teams have a large number of members and promote in both Korea and China.

This year, more of these multinational groups will be making a comeback. Group CROSS GENE will be coming back this year and consists of 4 Korean members, one Japanese member and one Chinese member.

A 9 member global idol group is also said to be in the works to debut this year as well.

Now, having foreign members in idol groups have become the norm in the K-Pop culture and has naturally created opportunities for promotions in other parts of Asia.

With these multinational groups, K-Pop will hopefully continue to spread and become a worldwide culture.

As K-Pop continues to become a worldwide phenomenon, Idols have been using their increasing fame to raise awareness to certain events in Korea.

Allkpop reports that the boys of the K-pop group B.A.P has been spreading the word about the South Korean Ferry tragedy during their concerts in North America.

During their latest visit to Chicago, B.A.P showed their support for the survivors, victims and their families on Twitter.

Concertgoers in Chicago were encouraged to show support for those suffering from the tragedy as well.

Fans reportedly cheered, showing their support for the cause.
