‘Criminal Minds’ Season 10 Renewal: Premiere Date This Fall? Will Morgan, Garcia, And JJ Return?

"Criminal Minds" season 10 has been renewed! Will Morgan, Garcia, and JJ return for a premiere date rumored to be this fall?

CBS announced that "Criminal Minds" would be renewed for season 10 for the 2014-2015 season. "Criminal Minds" usually starts a new season at the end of September, and airs the season finale in May. This means that "Criminal Minds" season 10 premiere date is likely to be around September 20-26.

Which of our favorite cast members are returning for the tenth season of the CBS series?

According to TV Fanatic, a new Deadline report confirms that Aaron Hotchner and David Rossi actors Thomas Gibson and Joe Mantegna - whose contracts are up this spring - are likely to sign new deals with "Criminal Minds."

The actor who plays Morgan, Shemar Moore, however, is "butting heads with the studio over money," TV Fanatic reports. Actresses Kirsten Vangsness and A.J. Cook, who play Garcia and JJ, have also "both turned down the latest offers."

An insider says the actresses have been negotiating their contracts and taking a stand against what they believe to be "unfair treatment of female cast members on the show, as most make less than half the salaries of their male counterparts," TV Fanatic reports.

Fans will remember that Vangsness was the only remaining full-time actress in 2010 on "Criminal Minds," when ABC Studios and CBS ousted Cook and reduced the episodes of Paget Brewster, who plays Emily Prentiss. Let's hope this doesn't happen again!

Stay tuned for more news about "Criminal Minds" season 10 and who of the cast members are confirmed to return for the premiere date this fall!
