Liam Hemsworth's dating life seems to be very quiet after he was reported to have kissed "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrey back in February. The "Hunger Games" star, however, is concerned and reached out to ex-fiancee Miley Cyrus while she was in the hospital.

In February, Celebuzz confirmed the Nina Dobrey and Liam Hemsworth dating rumors as they were snapped kissing in Corner Tavern in Edgewood.

"They were there together and were with a couple other friends. They were having a great time. They were definitely acting couple-y," Celebuzz quoted fan Jahti Anderson as saying.

They spent two to three hours inside and even locked lips before parting ways.

"The kisses were on the lips publicly outside of the bar," the witness said. "And it was three sensual kisses on the lips."

But nothing seemed to have come out of that Liam Hemsworth dating rumors.

The actor broke up with Eiza Gonzales in November 2013 before rumors of Liam Hemsworth dating Nina Dobrey surfaced. The actress, meanwhile, was dating Ian Somerhalder, her co-star in "Vampire Diaries" for three years until their split in 2013.

Meanwhile, Liam Hemsworth asked about Miley Cyrus while she was hospitalized and according to Showbiz Spy, the actor was "genuinely concerned" about her health.

The source said that while Liam Hemsworth's dating life has already moved on from the Miley Cyrus saga, he still cares about his ex.

 "They didn't work out as a couple, but he still wants to know that she's okay," the Showbiz Spy source said. "He was extremely worried when he heard Miley was hospitalized, so he got in touch to find out how she is."

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus dated in 2009 but broke up a year after they announced their engagement in June 2012.

Miley Cyrus has released a statement, in cancelling her Bangerz tour, that it could take a month before she can recover in what could be an allergic reaction to antibiotics or the grief over the death of her beloved dog.
