LEDApple Hanbyul Is Second K-Pop Star After Psy To Appear On Australia's 'Sunrise' TV Show

LEDApple member Hanbyul will be making an appearance on an Australian TV show.

Hanbyul, also known as Jason Jang, will be following in the footsteps of Korean sensation Psy as he is set to appear on the Australian TV show, "Sunrise."

"Sunrise" is a morning program that focuses on introducing different movies, music and culture.

The show has featured world famous stars including Justin Bieber and One Direction.

His appearance is set for May 11.

Hanbyul's agency stated that "Sunrise" requested his appearance on their show after seeing the group on a TV program that spotlighted popular K-Pop groups.

Hanbyul, who was born and raised in Australia and had done 2 years of dentistry school, moved to Korea specifically to follow his dreams of becoming a singer.

He's now an idol group member for one of K-Pop's up and coming bands.

The 23-year-old had recently appeared on Dateline as well, explaining his journey into the K-Pop industry, despite growing up in Australia, according to news.com.au.

The LEDApple member stated, "The reason why I looked into the K-Pop industry instead of a singing career back in Australia was because of the perspective that Aussies have for Asian artists, and how difficult it is for an Asian artist to be successful in a western country."

Hyanbul is a golden member of LEDApple, not only because of his talent, but also because he's the only person that can speak English in the group.

This will be an advantage to LEDApple when it comes to expanding because Hyanbul will be able to speak with international media and be a huge part of building LEDApple's fan base outside of South Korea.

LEDApple recently finished their first world tour and showcased their ever-growing popularity.

They will begin their second world tour this August.
