Jordin Sparks revealed that her weight loss efforts have resulted in shedding 50 pounds for 2014! Jason Derulo's girlfriend gushed that she "feels really good" after her weight loss, and is already thinking of getting engaged to her boyfriend!

Jordin Sparks, 24, told Today's Jenna Bush Hager that her weight loss efforts were successful because she made her health a priority, E! News reports. "I was comfortable with how I looked before, but it was about really focusing on become healthier," Jordin Sparks said. "And then my body changed, which was awesome. But it wasn't about being a size zero, or anything like that."

Through exercise and changing her diet, Jordin lost an incredible 50 pounds in 18 months, according to E! News.

"I fluctuate a bit. I go anywhere from 155 to 161," she said. "There we go! There it is in a box, in a nutshell, right from my mouth. That it is how much I weigh, and I'm okay with it. It feels really good," the 6-foot beauty said with a smile.

Meanwhile, Jason Derulo, 24, talked to Access Hollywood Live previously that though he and girlfriend Jordin Sparks are not yet engaged, he knows she's the one.

"We're not engaged yet, not yet," Jason Derulo clarified when they asked about his relationship. "When the time is right and the stars are aligned perfectly."

Jason admitted that he feels public pressure about getting engaged to the 24-year-old "One Wing" singer.

"I always have to tell myself to not allow that to interfere in the beauty that we have, and I hope that she knows that as well," he explained.

"What we have is amazing and what we have is forever, so there is no rush," he added.

Jordin Sparks also said her relationship to Jason Derulo is "forever" - what a romantic couple!

"We have forever. I'm already there -- I know he's the one," Sparks said, Life & Style reports. "He might be already planning, I never know. He surprised me with those roses, so I don't know what's up his sleeve. We'll see!"
