'M! Countdown' returned broadcasting last night and some of your favorite K-Pop idols performed their hit new singles.

Your nominees for first place were A Pink and Lee Sun Hee; the winner for the May 8, 2014 episode was A Pink for their single, "Mr. Chu." Congratulations to the girls!

Here are the performance recaps from last night.

EXO-K

EXO-K who are comprised of members Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, and Sehun are promoting "Overdose" for the Korean side; while EXO-M (Xiumin, Luhan, Kris, Lay, Chen, and Tao) in China. EXO-K made their long awaited comeback and performed with the same energy while they were promoting "Growl." The guys has thrown away the school uniform and put on a dark outfit for this single. EXO are growing up because the message of this new song is about a woman who is giving an "Overdose" of love. What do you think of their return last night? Did the camera person do a great job on focusing each of the members?

NS Yoon-G

NS Yoon-G toned down her sexiness last night and performed her second single, "If I Love You." The message of this slow song is about love and that if a woman loves you, you better love her in return. Duble Sidekick is featured for this single; though, did not attend her performance last night. While NS Yoon-G is still an underrated artist, she is quickly getting recognized and showing her marvelous vocals and concepts each time she makes a comeback. So, if NS Yoon-G says, "If I Love You," will you love her in return?

Mad Clown feat. Hyolyn

The emotion was heavy as Mad Clown featuring SISTAR's Hyolyn performed their great duet single, "Without You." Mad Clown wore a black leather jacket and blue jeans; while Hyolyn a black short dress. The song is about a break up that occurred and how one can or cannot leave without one another. "Without You" ranks number six this week as fans cannot stop listening to Mad Clown's rapping and Hyolyn's angelic voice.

A Pink

The audience are not in the mood to fan chant and scream as A Pink performed their hit single, "Mr. Chu." The ladies looked gorgeous as they wore a white and little black tennis outfit. Usually, when A Pink performs, they have lots of male chants; though last night, there were none which the girls understood because of the ferry tragedy. The girls won last night and thanked their devoted fans for giving them love and support.

Akdong Musician

The siblings are still able to put smiles on the audience faces as they performed their hit single, "200%." The clothes they wore was very colorful; so hopefully, they lightened up the mood yesterday. The message is about love during the spring season. The audience enjoyed watching them last night as they brought joy on stage yesterday.

Eric Nam

Eric Nam came on stage to perform his latest dance single, "Ooh Ooh" last night. Eric wore a white suit which made him look like Michael Jackson performing for "Smooth Criminal." The song is upbeat and will want to make you stand up and dance along with him. His single "Ooh Ooh" ranks number twenty-one this week for 'M! Countdown.'

May Queen

New female group May Queen wore pink and yellow jackets with a black skirt as they performed their single, "Amore Mio." They are a new group that wants to get recognized quickly. So, after watching their performance last night, does this single make you want to support them?

After a long anticipated wait, the girls performed their hit single, "Can't Hide It." The song ranks number four this week as they showed their mature side and great vocal talent. All the training that they went through is paying off and J.Y. Park will be proud to see this two win a first trophy. There were flowers to tell the audience that this single is about falling in love during the spring season. The outfit that Park Jimin and Baek Yerin wore last night is what teenagers will wear when going out with their boyfriend on the weekend. Not too overdress while being cute and colorful while walking at the park holding hands. The audience should have at least clapped in the end because Park Jimin and Baek Yerin did a great job last night. What is your opinion about their performance yesterday?

Eddy Kim

Eddy Kim showed his skills with the guitar as he sang, "Love Guide Of You." This is another love song as he sings about having a step by step guide to win a woman's heart. So, if you want to know about love, listen to his music. Eddy's new single ranks number seven this week.

Park Si Hwan

Park Si Hwan came on stage and sang, "I Just Loved You." The song is nicely sung as you can hear the emotion of this single; which the message is about a woman whom he loves very much. With the umbrella's on stage, no matter if it is rain or shine, Park is going to love the woman. Truly, this song is a masterpiece; no surprise why it is ranked number five this week.

Hong Dae Kwang

Hong Dae Kwang still managed to lift up everyone's spirit as he performed his new single, "Thank You My Love" with a smile on his face last night. With a nice blue suit, hopefully, Hong brighten up the people's heart. His single, "Thank You My Love," ranks number fifteen.

Park Jung Hyun who is known as Lena Park, made her comeback last night and sang "Next Year."
