The talented guys of EXO continue to prove that they are true international superstars.

This weekend, three members of SM Entertainment's wildly popular 12-member boy band EXO exceeded one million followers on the popular SNS photo-sharing app, Instagram.

Sehun, Tao, and Baekhyun, although still relatively new to the social media platform, have collected an impressive group of fans from all over the world on Instagram and join the growing list of K-Pop artists who have bridged the language barrier and cultural divide to connect directly to their fans around the world.

EXO is arguably the hottest act in the Korean music industry right now. After debuting in 2012, the popularity of the 12 members (divided into Korean-language and Chinese-language groups of six known as EXO-K and EXO-M, respectively) has skyrocketed.

When they are not busy rehearsing, recording, or making promotional appearances, the members of the group like to hang out with friends and family and enjoy life, just the same as their fans.

Instagram offers an excellent platform for EXO to keep their followers updated with announcements, works in progress, and their everyday lives - including the ever-important selfies. It is no wonder then that they have so many followers!
