SBS 'Running Man' To Head To Indonesia For 'Asian Dream Cup 2014'

SBS show "Running Man" will be heading to Indonesia next month to attend 'Asian Dream Cup 2014'.

On May 13, "Running Man" officials revealed that they will be attending this year's event.

The exact date the cast will leave for Indonesia as well as the guests for this specific episode have not been confirmed yet.  

There has been speculation that the cast of "Running Man" will be departing early next month.

"We have confirmed to be participating in the 'Asian Dream Cup 2014' in Jakarta. We will probably leave either on the 1st or 2nd of June. We haven't quite decided on the details," stated the PD of the show to Newsen. 

Park Ji Sung is likely to join the cast on the show as he will be in attendance at the game, according to Allkpop. 

The 'Asian Dream Cup,' which is hosted by the JS Foundation, started back in 2011 and was created by soccer player Park Ji Sung in order to help spread the sport throughout Asia.

This year it will be held on June 2 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

"Running Man" has been going international as of late, even heading to Australia in February 2014. 

Australia was the first country outside of Asia that hosted the series, according to SBS PopAsia. 

For those who don't know, "Running Man" is a game show in which the MCs and guests compete against each other to win races around different land marks in various countries. 

The MCs and guests compete in teams or as individuals depending on the episode. 

The cast has included Yoo Jae-suk, Gary, Haha, Ji Suk-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Lee Kwang-soo, Song Ji-hyo. Special guest stars are picked for each episode as well. 

"Running Man" has been getting bigger throughout Asia since it first aired on July 11, 2010, according to the Korea Herald. 

The show has been subtitled with different languages including English, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese and Arabic.
