"Bones" season 10 spoilers will revolve around Agent Booth and Brennan dealing with their relationship while he's still in jail for a crime he didn't commit. The couple's future is really uncertain after the explosive season 9 finale.

Creator Stephen Nathan dished out some "Bones" season 10 spoilers to Givememyremote  as he said that the premiere episode will pick up where the season 9 finale left off and "Booth will still be in jail-he'll be waiting trial for the murder of those FBI agents."

But Brennan is not taking this sitting down as she and the other agents at the lab have made some progress in their investigation to put together a possible scenario over what happened and the "Bones" boss claimed that it all goes back to the past.

"They realize there's now more to those conspiracy theories than we initially thought. So we will be coming back with a person who has for the first time realized their vulnerability. Which gives Booth and Brennan a chance to get to the bottom of what's happening," he said.

Earlier this year, Nathan also shared some "Bones" season 10 spoilers to TVLine as he said that the season 9 finale will change the show's landscape and will cause "a very big shift in how Booth and Brennan will be dealing with crimes in the future."

"We will end Season 9 not knowing the future of Booth and Brennan's lives. They will have to uncover and set right what has been poisoned in the FBI. And both will have to deal with what they've been forced to do," TVLine quoted Nathan as saying.

Meanwhile, "Bones" cast Emily Deschanel told reporters in a recent conference call that there's a lot going on for Agent Booth and Brennan.

"It changes everything for awhile. Not only Booth and Brennan, between them, but also between kind of everything, Booth's job, possibly Brennan's job," she said.
