Willow Smith Instagram Photo: Child Protective Services plans to end its investigation the Willow Smith Instagram photo with Moises Arias.

According to published reports the Willow Smith Instagram photo probe is over, Child Protective Services reportedly determined that Will and Jada Pinkett's 13-year-old daughter was never been emotionally or sexually abused.  

The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services will take no further action against Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith.

A source told Radar Online "There has been no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused. It's likely the investigation will remain open for the next two weeks out of an abundance of caution, with no findings of reprimand against Will and Jada. Willow is a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady."

An inside source said Will and Jada Smith will "monitor their kids' social media accounts, and encourage them not to post personal photos. It has definitely been a wake-up call for Willow's parents about the dangers of social media."

Willow Smith Instagram photo was brought to the attention of the authorities who questioned Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's parenting. Willow Smith, 13, and 
Moises Arias, 20, unknowingly sparked controversy when a photo of them lying in bed together hit the internet. A new report is claiming that Child Protective Services wants to interview Moises himself.

The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services are said to have questioned the 13-year-old star and her parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, twice.
According to Radar Online, The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services have reportedly been in contact with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith after their 13-year-old daughter, Willow, appeared in an Instagram picture of her laying on a bed with actor Moises Arias, 20.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Willow was questioned on two separate occasions by social workers from Child Protective Services. Once in the presence of her parents, and the second time, Willow was alone with the social worker."

The Willow Smith Instagram photo is a Black and White image that shows Willow wearing jeans and a shirt while Arias is shirtless with his lower half not fully visible. The image has been very controversial, people drew conclusions about the pair's relationship. Arias is a family friend of the Smiths and very close friend to Willow's brother, Jaden Smith.

The source continued "Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren't happy that their parenting skills 
are under scrutiny, but they understand. Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the 
picture with her as well. This won't just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution."
