Big Bang member Taeyang is on the "Rise."

The R&B singer topped the iTunes charts in 7 countries with his second solo album titled "Rise" on June 3.

"Rise" is seen ranking high on the iTunes charts in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and the Philippines.

The singer's solo album was also seen on the "Top 50" charts in 14 different countries. Taeyang ranked at No. 3 in Equador, No. 10 in Mexico, No. 11 in Canada, No. 13 in the U.S. and New Zealand, No. 16 in Australia and more.

His title song, "Eyes, Nose, Lip," was also ranked on the "Top 10" charts in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong and others.

The track, which is a simple piano melody that allows Taeyang's vocals to truly shine, ranked No. 1 on 9 different music charts in Korea.

Reservations for "Rise" began today, while offline album sales will officially begin on June 10.

The official music video for "Eyes, Nose, Lips" was also released on June 3, according to the Korea Herald.

YG Entertainment official, Yang Hyun-suk, reportedly liked the single so much that he decided to add his own vision onto the single.

"It was the first time since Big Mama's 'Break Away' MV 11 years ago that I proposed my own ideas for a YG artist's music video," Yang stated in an official statement from the entertainment agency.

Yang continued, "It was a powerful song that made me feel that all the plans that we've made in the past several years just collapsed."

The music video for the track "1AM," which was written and composed by Teddy, is scheduled to drop on June 10 at 1a.m.

The dance machine recently opened up about his relationship with fellow Big Bang member G-Dragon, who wrote and composed Taeyang's hit "Ringa Linga."

"Jiyoung (G-Dragon) is amazing, but I don't feel the way many people do about him as I am always by his side. I thought I wanted to produce an album that does not lag behind his, but there is no competition between us," the 26-year-old stated at a press conference in Seoul, according to publication Hellokpop.
