Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson dating speculations will again arise now that the 21-year-old actor has reportedly purchased a residential house for $1.25 million. Located in the Silver Triangle area of Studio City, the house has three bedroom and two bathrooms. It is half an hour away from Lawrence's Santa Monica property.

However, Trulia Blog described the property to be far from "celebrity material" specifically because it is located on the roadside which equates to lack of privacy. It isn't clear yet whether Hutcherson himself will live in the house or if he merely purchased the property for a family member.

Despite the actor's real estate purchase, Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson dating stories will remain fictional for the 'American Hustle' actress is still with Nicholas Hoult.

The 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' actor even purchased his first house in North West London with his girlfriend who recently topped the FHM Sexiest Women's list 2014. Hoult's sister, Clarissa, gushed that her brother's too excited for the house that he frequented Ikea for home decors and furnishings.

"Nick has been big into feng shui, so in his room he has had branches, twigs with lights, the mattress and everything else on the floor - like water features and chairs - facing in the right direction," added Hoult's sister.

While the 'Silver Linings' actress is taken, her friendship with her 'Hunger Games' co-star remains strong. In an interview with OTRC.com, Willow Shields or also known as Primrose Everdeen praised Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson for being funny.

"Well, Jen and Josh are the two funniest people on set. They're absolutely insane. If you put them together, it's just a disaster. But, I mean, it's so much fun! They're both probably the funniest people on set," she said.

The team is currently in Paris for the filming of 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' which will be released on November 21.
