"The Voice" coach Usher is fully behind Justin Bieber amid the latter's scandal 2014 as the R&B singer's protégé is allegedly inconsolable after his racist jokes go viral.

In an interview with Nylon magazine, "The Voice" coach Usher said: "I gave every bit of advice and always told him it was up to him if her really wanted this. Now that he has it, as an adult, it's his to manage,"

"Do I turn my head in shame based off of what I see, what I know? Nah, I don't because it's all part of life's process. Am I in it with him? Yeah," he added about Justin Bieber's scandal 2014.

Justin Bieber's new racist joke was released by TMZ  and the video shows the troubled Canadian performer singing about killing black people and joining the Ku Klux Klan. The remarks came on the heels of another video where the singer made a joke against n*****.

"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with," Justin Bieber told the Sun of the racist joke. "But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. At the end of the day, I just need to step up and own what I did."

However, the Canadian singer also has several run-ins with the law including speeding and driving under the influence, his entourage nabbed for bringing pot at the airport,

"The Voice" coach Usher said that he doesn't really know whether to believe all the things that he has heard about Justin Bieber. "But I will tell you this: Success comes with a price. Every person that has grown up, grows through something. It ain't just perfect from the beginning," he added.

Amid the Justin Bieber racist jokes, comedian Russell Brand, rappers Soulja Boy and Lil Za and boxer Floyd Mayweather lend their support for the pop singer claiming that he shouldn't be vilified for things he said when he was just 14-15 years old.
