SHINee members Taemin and Jonghyun and INFINITE member Sunggyu held a special event during the "Music Bank in Brazil" program on June 7.

The three singers came together to sing a special song in Portuguese for the KBS music program. Each singer reportedly sang a different dialect of the language and received positive responses from the audience.

"Music Bank in Brazil" was hosted by MBLAQ's Lee Joon and CNBLUE's Yonghwa.

Many local media outlets reported that all three hours of the show was "full of energy." Local media that was able to attend the event reported that although they had been to many world tours, they had never seen a show as energetic as this one.  

"Music Bank in Brazil" will air on June 18 at 11 PM KST.

The music program had been on hiatus for 9 weeks, but is set to return on KBS on June 13.

"[Music Bank] will resume starting next week. . .  They have decided that it is not right to air a music show on Memorial Day (in South Korea) so it will not air [on the 6^th]," a KBS variety show rep told OSEN.

This year's World Cup has some impressive performances lined up.

Jennifer Lopez will be performing with rapper Pitbull and Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte at Thursday's World Cup opening ceremony in Brazil, according to People.

A statement was released, stating, "Jennifer has always wanted to participate in the World Cup opening ceremonies. We have been trying to work out scheduling and logistics. Any statements to the contrary were premature. Jennifer would not want to disappoint her fans or fans of futbol. She will be there."

The announcement has reporeteldy come a day after FIFA announced that the 44-year-old singer had canceled her plan to perform this year's official World Cup song, "We Are One (Ole Ola)," due to unspecified production issues.
