Group TEEN TOP Holds Successful World Tour Taipei Concert On June 15

Boy band TEEN TOP is the latest K-pop group to visit Taiwan, where the demand for Korean music and dramas is continuously on the rise.

The six-member group held their "TEEN TOP 2014 World Tour HIGH KICK" on June 15 in Taipei, performing to their fullest potential for their devoted fans.

For their Taipei concert, the group performed many of their hit songs as well as ballads and hip-hop style tracks to showcase a variety of different music styles. TEEN TOP also held solo and unit stages for a total of 25 songs.

The group's fans in Taiwan greeted the group with a receipt that showed that they donated rice wreaths in their name, surprising local media.

When TEEN TOP arrived at the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport for their concert, they were surrounded by over 200 fans from around Eastern Asia, according to the publication Want China Times.

The members of TEEN TOP will be featured on Mnet's new reality program titled "Entertainers," created by producer Yoon Jong Shin. The poster for the show was released today.

The teaser for the upcoming show features TEEN TOP saying, "We are TEEN TOP. What you see isn't everything." The show will air in July.

PD Park Jun Su gave fans a snippet of what the "lighthearted, faux documentary" will be like, according to Allkpop.

"TEEN TOP, who made their debut four years ago, is famous as the representative sharp-as-a-knife choreography idols in the K-pop scene, but yet their boyish innocence have been preserved. . . 'Entertainers' will show multi-talented and innocent idol group TEEN TOP meeting Yoon Jong Shin and facing the music industry through the best producing, they will try to rise to the top of the K-pop scene in the delightful satire," stated Park.

TEEN TOP will continue their world tour in Hong Kong on June 28.
