TVXQ successfully wrapped their "LIVE TOUR 2014 ~ TREE ~" in Japan recently.

The idol group began their live tour in Yokohama, traveling to 10 cities and performing 29 concerts for a total of 600,000 fans.

The duo has gained the love of fans on a far larger scale in the past couple years.

"Including 2012 and 2013 figures, TVXQ has attracted a total of 2 million fans to its concerts in Japan over the past three years, a record for a foreign act to hit the milestone in the shortest period ever in Japan," stated SM Entertainment, according to Yonhap News.

The entertainment company added, "TVXQ also became the first foreign artist to hold solo concerts in Tokyo Dome and Osaka Kyosera Dome for three years in a row."

TVXQ held their first live tour in Japan titled "LIVE TOUR 2012 ~ TONE ~," meeting with 550,000 fans. Last year, the group held their 5 dome tour and their "LIVE TOUR 2013 ~ TIME~" tour, meeting with 850,000 fans in the process.

The K-pop group will be performing at the "a-nation Stadium Festival" on August 30.

TVXQ's 41st Japanese single, "Sweat/Answer" ranked No. 2 on the Oricon Daily Single Chart for three consecutive days, according to Allkpop.

The single sold 78,053 copies on the first day of its release, according to the Oricon Chart on June 14.

The group had been in the spotlight back in February 2014 for their music video for "Spellbound." The track was from their "Tense" album, according to Billboard.

Fans have been looking forward to Yunho's upcoming project, "The Night Watchman," which recently added to its already impressive cast consisting of the TVXQ member and Jung Il Woo.

"Ahyoung (of Dal Shabet) has been confirmed to play the role of Hong Cho hee in the drama 'The Night Watchman' and has officially begun preparing for filming," stated Happy Face Entertainment on June 12.
