Group BTS To Hold First Fan Meeting In Brazil

BTS will be making their way to Brazil in the near future.

The idol group will be holding their "BTS 2014 Fan Meeting RWeL8" at the Via Marquis in Sao Paulo on August 1.

BTS will be performing their hit songs including "Boy in Luv," "No More Dream" and more during their 90-minute fan meeting.

The members of the group will also interact with their fans through various events and hold "high touch" meetings with 200 lucky fans as well. Aside from Brazil, BTS will be holding fan meetings in Berlin and Stockholm in July as well.

Ticket sales for their upcoming fan meetings begin on June 21.

The seven-member group has become widely popular in just a year after debuting in 2013. They gained the ongoing attention of fans with their unique hip-hop sound.

BTS recently released a radio talk show-like clip that's over an hour long to talk about their experience in the past year, according to Allkpop.

Their agency, Big Hit Entertainment, celebrated the group's anniversary with a message on twitter, stating, "June 13 is when it becomes one year since BTS debuted. Applause for BTS, who ran with vigor for a year! Applause, too, for the fans who always show their support! Even in the future, please be with us throughout~"

The group released a song titled "So 4 More" for their one-year anniversary as well.

The boy band revealed their hip-hop monster characters today, further promoting themselves and their music. The characters of BTS will be produced as dolls and stickers and in July, webtoons based on these specific characters will also be available.

The webtoons will reportedly be available in Korean and Japanese for international fans.

"We've been developing these characters for over a year, and will expand our celebrity base to expand this concept globally," stated CJ E&M's animation department staff.
